This project is a strong example of our design philosophy, rooted in contemporary architecture, clean forms, open floor plans, and modern exterior materials. Located in a vibrant Seattle neighborhood on a sloping site, the residence is thoughtfully designed to maximize both functionality and its exceptional natural setting.

The home features an outdoor pool and spa area, complete with a shower and sauna, creating a private retreat that supports year-round indoor-outdoor living. Oriented toward Lake Washington, the design takes full advantage of the property’s spectacular views of the lake and Mount Rainier. The primary living spaces, kitchen, dining area, and key bedrooms are strategically positioned to capture these panoramic vistas and connect occupants with the surrounding landscape.

This residence is a compelling example of Pacific Northwest design, blending contemporary architecture with the lifestyle, climate, and natural beauty that define Seattle living. The result is a home that feels both modern and deeply connected to its environment.
